New to the workout game? This one will get you started with some basic leg & booty moves that are gentle on your joints but have your buns feeling so spicy with no weight or equipment at all!!

Been here a while? This one is still a must-do! Add your ankle weights or mini band and focus on perfecting your form and slowing down your movements to target your glutes in the most effective way!

A little different format than our normal Quick 30! We have 6 supersets, doing each one 3 times before moving on AND using dumbbells in every set! This one is the ultimate quick & dirty getting us in and out in 25 minutes feeling sweaty and strong.
