Kaylie Crane Fitness has made me fall in love with at home workouts. I never considered myself able to be self motivated enough to work out at home after being an athlete in high school and college, but after doing the donation classes and now Members Only I have gotten so much stronger and feel confident to even write my own workouts. Not once in all of her classes has she ever mentioned getting skinnier, only getting stronger mentally and physically, while challenging yourself. Coming to her classes is the best therapy for your day, her energy is infectious and super motivating all day long. She truly saved my quarantine and snapped me out of a real exercise funk, helping me lose 15 pounds! I am so grateful for everything she brings as a trainer, inspiration, and friend, you really have to see for yourself and workout with us!
