Next Level Training.
These classes are offered to elevate your training to the next level and are the perfect mix of a group class feel and personal training experience combined, even from your computer or phone! I take pride in training all levels in my classes. These classes offer a wide range of low impact movements, which is helpful for our joints and those needing modifications that prevent plyometrics or jumping movements. In person classes will be kept small to allow more intentional training. Online classes will also be recorded and emailed directly to you and posted to the members only page for you convenience and an added on demand experience!

Equipment required:
Dumbbells - I do recommend trying to have a range of options. Most used is typically 8, 10, 12, 15lbs
Kettlebell - 15-25 lb.
Medicine ball - 10lbs
Optional: Mini Band
